  1. ORDERS

    1.1. To place an order to the online store, the User must specify:

    1.1.1. valid address;

    1.1.2. correctly completed address for delivery of goods and billing;

    1.1.3. correctly completed contact information - two names, telephone.

    1.2. In case the goods ordered are not available, the consultant informs the User. If the User does not agree to replace the order with another good, the order may be canceled.

    1.3. Orders in the online store www.emart.eu are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    1.4 The working hours of consultants of emart's online shop are:

    Monday to Saturday - 09:30 to 18:30; Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

    1.5. The user can refuse an order without having to state the reasons for the refusal.

    1.6. The order can be canceled by phone or email (email) to the email address indicated on the site - email: orders@emart.uk.com. In order for the cancellation to be valid, the User must provide: the order number, the phone number left in the order, the two names with which it is registered on the site, the email address (e-mail) with which it is registered on the site, the price of the order .

    2.SHIPPING

    2.1. Delivery of the ordered goods is not made on Sundays and public holidays.

    2.1.1. Ordinary shipment - within 15-20 working days from the moment of order confirmation.

    2.2. The delivery is made to the exact address specified by the User (whether residential or business) or to an office of a courier company.

    2.3. If the User does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the specified address within the specified time limit or does not go to the specified office of the selected courier company to receive the goods in time if he has selected this option, the Seller shall be released from the obligation to fulfill the ordered delivery.  
     
    2.4. Shipping prices are specific for different countries   
     
    2.5. Shipping prices are:

    2.5.1. Orders up to 69.99 GBP - 13.00 GBP delivery (for orders up to 2 kg).

    2.5.2. Orders from 70 to 174.99 GBP - 10.00 GBP delivery (for orders up to 2 kg).

    2.5.3. Orders over 175 GBP - free delivery (for orders up to 2 kg).

    2.5.4. For orders with a total weight of more than 2 kilograms or with a volume greater than 0.025 m3, you cannot use fixed or free delivery. In this case, the shipping cost will be calculated according to the courier charges, which depend on the actual weight or volume of your shipment. This change has been made to allow us to provide more flexible and accurate supply pricing while ensuring quality service.     3. WITHDRAWAL OF THE CONTRACT. ADVERTISING

    3.1. The consumer is entitled to claim or return a product purchased from the online store within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

    In order to request a return of the goods, the User must notify the Seller by telephone (+359 884 000 893) or by e-mail orders@emart.uk.com

    3.2. In case of cancellation of the contract, the User is obliged to return the purchased goods in a non-infringing commercial form and with a reserved label.

    3.3. In case of cancellation of the contract, if the User has paid for the goods, he will be refunded the paid amount for the returned goods within 15 / fifteen / days after the return of the goods. Amounts will not be refunded until the Consumer returns the goods. If the goods are not returned within the term under item 6.1, the cancellation of the contract does not

         produces action.

      3.4. The claim for the claim must also include the client's personal bank account - IBAN and BIC, to which the amount paid for the goods is refunded;

         Shipping costs are non-refundable!

         The transportation costs for returning, replacing and / or claiming goods at the request of the User or outside the cases listed below shall be borne by the User!

    3.5. Claims are made when the goods purchased do not comply with the agreement between the parties to the sales contract. Disagreement in the agreement between the parties may consist in:

    - the goods are damaged during transportation;

    - the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the one ordered by the customer;

    - if the price to be paid does not correspond to the price at which the contract was placed;

    3.6 .. In the event of a claim, the User may choose to replace the particular item with the same without defects or another, or to return the goods for a refund. An e-shop consultant may suggest replacing the item with a completely different item when pricing - or the user pays if the other item is more expensive, or two items are offered for the same price, or the consumer is refunded the difference between the replacements and the new item if the price of the new item is lower than the price paid by the User.
